Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 29 July 2026

These terms govern your purchase and use of the online course Paint Your Cat On Glass, sold through this website. By buying the course you agree to them. Please read them before you pay.

1. Who you are buying from

Glass Pet Studio is operated by Irakli Zviadadze, a registered individual entrepreneur in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Contact: hello@glasspetstudio.com

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Glass Pet Studio; "you" means the person buying the course.

2. What you are buying

Paint Your Cat On Glass is a digital course delivered online. It consists of video lessons and written material teaching you how to paint a portrait of your cat onto a pane of glass, together with the bonus materials described on the sales page.

No physical product is shipped to you. Painting materials — glass, acrylic paints and brushes — are not included and are bought separately by you.

3. Price and payment

4. Delivery and access

After your payment is confirmed, we send your access details to the email address you entered at checkout. Please make sure that address is correct and that you check your spam folder. If nothing has arrived, email us and we will sort it out.

Access to the course is granted to you personally and for as long as we operate the course.

5. Refunds and your right to cancel

Our 30-day money-back guarantee. If the course is not for you, email hello@glasspetstudio.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to return anything. We aim to process refunds within 24 hours and to the original payment method.

Your statutory right of withdrawal. Separately from our guarantee, the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights gives a consumer the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions set out in that law. Our 30-day guarantee is longer and more generous than this, so in practice you may simply use the guarantee above. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your own country.

6. What we promise, and what we do not

We promise to give you the course as described on the sales page, and to help you if something is not working.

We cannot promise a particular result. Painting is a skill, and how your painting turns out depends on your own practice, materials and patience. We make no guarantee of artistic outcome, income, or any other result from taking this course. If you are not happy with what you get, use the guarantee in section 5 — that is what it is for.

7. Use of the course material

The course, its videos, images and written materials belong to us and are protected by copyright.

You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, share, resell, publish, or redistribute the material, give your access to anyone else, or use it to teach a course of your own.

Paintings you create while following the course are entirely yours. You may keep them, give them away, or sell them.

If you share your access or distribute the material, we may withdraw your access without a refund.

8. Materials, safety and common sense

The course involves handling glass and paint. Glass can have sharp edges and can break. You are responsible for working safely, for supervising any children present, and for following the safety instructions on the products you buy. We are not responsible for injury or damage arising from how you handle materials.

9. Our liability

We provide the course as described, but we cannot promise the website or the course platform will always be available or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the course is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Changes

We may improve or update the course content over time; updates are included at no extra cost. We may also update these terms, in which case the new version is posted here with a new date. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones in force on the day you bought.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and disputes will be heard by the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions of your own country.
